I am a REALTOR® with Russell and have been for 35 years. I have managed an office at Russell and it was the number 1 office in sales and listings, I was the training manager for awhile.
Even though I graduated from Ohio State as a teacher and enjoyed training the new people, my real love is listing and selling homes. I have been Russell's No. 1 Agent for 14 years.
I feel everyone should own a home and it is my job to show them how. I have years of expertise and knowledge that I can fit the home and financing to your needs. As far as listings, my husband, Tom works with me and we are dedicated to getting your home sold. The numbers speak for them self. That is why we are No.1 because we are dedicated to our Profession and to you, our client. It is all about you and through you we are successful because we do our job and we do it right. A majority of our business is referrals. We are selling clients children and grandchildren. That is positive feedback.
Whomever you decide to work with is up to you but one thing is sure, you need to do something and do it now!!!! Rates are at a historic low and so is housing. This is prime time to be buying and even if you sell, you will make out if you are buying again. If Tom and I can help in any way, please let us know. Good Luck!!!
Our family consist of 5 retired show horses and brood mares. Taffy 37, Amber 29, Star 19, Bario 16, Arrigance 14. We just buried WCA Foxi Fyre. She loved to show and won all over the country. Class A show, Regionals and US Nationals!! We miss her so much! 3 rescued dogs, Snoopy, Zoey and Zack and 5 rescued cats, Max, Boots, Cruiser, Casper, and Cassie. As you can tell we are suckers for animals. I think it is important to respect all God's creature!! Big and Small!!! They add so much to our life. My sister lives with Tom and I to help with our menagerie and our Real Estate Business.
